ARE YOU UP FOR A WILD WAYS WALK?
Do you want to take up the challenge to go wild for charity? NCH, the children’s charity invites you to put on your walking boots and take up the challenge to ‘Go Wild’ in the 37th annual sponsored Wild Ways Walk through the stunning landscape of the Peak District National Park
The 20-mile sponsored walk taking place on Sunday 11th May 2008 will help raise much needed funds for NCH and enable more vulnerable children, young people and their families to receive vital support
The event begins and ends at Lady Manners School in Bakewell and will take you through picturesque villages, over ancient moorland past a prehistoric stone circle, and take in a section of the Limestone Way. Checkpoints along the way will provide rest and refreshment and free hot food will await your return to base.
Entry fee for walkers aged 18 and over is just £5, and under 18s are FREE
